Welcome to the Apoll Component Site,

The idea for the development of the Apoll voting component for Joomla came to me when I did not find any component for processing votes that could suit my needs.В  I wanted something ajax driven with a possibility of showing different graphics for the poll results. In the backend I needed more flexibility when dealing with options. Haven't you not being annoyed when you realize that you want your last option to become the first ... and then start cutting and pasting text from one option to another and so on.

 

Another reason for starting this project is the need for contributing with something to the Joomla community. I thought that developing a voting component would be nice.

Joomla is a great content management system with great support and great community. Being part of this community is even greater. Contributing to the community is even greater priceless.
